National Finance & Injaz Oman Renew Partnership to Unlock the Entrepreneurial Potential of Omani Youth

Reaffirming its commitment to nurturing the ambitions and entrepreneurial potential of the Sultanate of Oman’s youth, National Finance, the nation’s largest finance and leasing company, has renewed its longstanding partnership with Injaz Oman to support the 2026–2027 edition of ‘The Company’ programme and competition, serving as the Main Sponsor for the ‘University’ category. Recognized as one of the most anticipated programmes among aspiring young entrepreneurs, ‘The Company’ programme provides participants with a dynamic platform to strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities, acquire essential business skills and transform innovative ideas into viable enterprises. The agreement was signed by HH Sayyida Wisam Jaifar Al Said, Chief Marketing, Corporate Communication and Sustainability Officer at National Finance, and Ms. Khaula Hamoud Al Harthi, Chief Executive Officer of Injaz Oman.

Having supported more than 200 student companies from universities, colleges and high schools across its previous editions, the programme takes participants on a journey from the initial stages of an idea through to establishing, operating and confidently scaling their businesses. Through tailored guidance and hands-on learning, participants develop the skills and business acumen needed to navigate dynamic market conditions, build resilient ventures and pursue their ambitions. National Finance’s continued support of the programme reflects its commitment to empowering the next generation of Omani entrepreneurs while fostering innovation, strengthening homegrown businesses and contributing to the nation’s broader economic diversification agenda.
